I have over a decade of experience as an energy work practitioner and am an IFC certified life coach. I am specially trained in cellular expansion and healing, integrative hypnosis and neurosomatic intelligence.
As someone living within the deeply nuanced, and transformative experience of chronic illness, I have dedicated myself to seeking out the most effective componants of safe and sustainable care. The healing and coaching modalities I integrate into my practice are those that I have personally found to be the most impactful.My practice is supportive of those who are queer, trans, sex workers, sick and disabled. My practice strives to be anti-racist and anti-colonialist.
